The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented situation, but we remain committed to working with you to cooperatively master these challenging times.

Please rest assured that gabocom is doing its utmost to ensure that we continue to serve your business with as minimal impact as possible on key programmes or deliveries during this period of uncertainty.

We are sure you appreciate that we must balance this objective with the protection of the health and safety of our employees.

Like you and our suppliers, we are duty-bound to support and assist any public health measures targeted at slowing the rate of the COVID-19 pandemic around the world.

We are taking into account the unique situation at each site, local government actions, and the needs of our customers.

Consequently, we have implemented best practice measures to protect our employees and their families and to minimise risk at our site in Niederwinkling and our subsidiaries. These measures include social distancing, segregation of employees into complimentary teams, remote working from home where practicable, travel bans, to name but a few.

We ask for your understanding that, until further notice, business trips by our employees will not be carried out. Our field service is instructed to refrain from business trips to your premises where possible and to act with due care and respect of your policies.

Likewise, we have decided to postpone all meetings with customers and partners at our locations until further notice and are restricting visits with our employees.

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and a multi-disciplinary team meets regularly to formulate our response to unfolding events and to ensure we are operating safely and efficiently.

We have comprehensive contingency plans in place to cope with events where significant numbers of our employees should be unable to perform their duties.
